With a lifelong love of movement and a heart for community, Michelle brings over a decade of studio ownership and a lifetime of fitness experience to VYVE Cycle. From childhood aerobics sessions with her dad to years of competitive soccer and a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from Cal Poly SLO, Michelle’s journey has always revolved around health, energy, and connection. At VYVE, she channels that passion into every ride—creating a space where fitness feels fun, empowering, and full of good vibes.
